• Depending upon the circumstance we process the same data for different purposes with users having rights depending upon legal basis 
• Your data is stored as long as necessary for the purpose it has been collected for and in accordance with applicable law

How we obtain information depends on how you use the Services.

• About the streaming applications when you stream 
• About the games when you play 
• From third party platforms like analytics, advertising networks and third-party information providers

• You can provide us with the information how to use 

We direct our applications to the general audience and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (depending on the applicable law). Our certain services may be directed at audiences of all ages including children or specifically for children, in that case we apply age gate for the collection of personal information or get parent/guardian permission to collect information. If we are informed of any personal information provided without parent/guardian consent, we will delete that information. 

We follow generally accepted industry standards and maintain appropriate safeguards to help protect the security, integrity, and privacy of the information that we collect. These measures are designed to protect against the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, the information under our control. However, no system can be 100% secure and we cannot guarantee our security measures. 

We may transfer and process the stored information to our vendors and partners in relation to our services. We take appropriate measures to safeguard your data when we transfer that information.
